Myrtle Essential Oil

The scent of myrtle essential oil is fresh and resinous.

Native to the Mediterranean basin, myrtle is a shrub that grows wild in dry and sunny scrubland in Corsica, Morocco, Tunisia and the Balkans. When harvesting, two-thirds of the leaves must be left on the tree, in order to preserve its productivity.
